ABOUT THE TOOL
It seems that BREEAM is no longer fit for purpose, there’s a lack of understanding and no industry standard approach to measuring social impact, and we are sick of being told that old buildings that have been restored and repurposed aren’t sustainable because they don’t have EPC ratings of an ‘A’.
Fed up with everyone talking about social impact but not having a framework to quantify it, we teamed up with The Good Economy to create a tool that holistically captures both environmental and social impact.
The Capital&Centric Impact Measurement Tool is the industry standard for measuring the environmental and social impact of residential and mixed-used schemes.
ABOUT CAPITAL&CENTRIC

Co-founded by Tim Heatley and Adam Higgins, we have an enviable pipeline of regeneration projects featuring over 6,000 homes and totalling nearly £2bn. Expanded across the UK from our foundations in Manchester, we spend an average £3 million a week on regeneration, with over 1,000 people employed on our sites.
